Invigorating , Absolutely Amazing, Spellbinding Series by Aleatha Roming!!

Every action has consequences.

So here i was searching for the next book to lose myself in and OMG did i lose myself! The Consequences Series by Aleatha Roming was truly mind blowing,The pages literally turned themselves.I started the 1st book about a week ago and here i am a week later and already on the 4th book.I decided that i simply have to share my experience and my whirlwind of emotions that captivated me during this invigorating roller coaster ride through the consequences.

These books are suspenseful thrillers about secrets and deception, passion and love, choices and consequences.

The Consequences Series contain dark adult content.Although excessive description and detail are not used, the content contains innuendos of kidnapping, rape and abuse both mental and physical.

In these books you either love or hate Anthony Rawlings and there are times that you both hate and love Claire Nichols as well. Tony is the villain at first but later is the knight/hero.On the surface Claire and Tony seem like their picture perfect couple who has everything but behind closed doors Claire lives through hell each and every day. At first i thought this was a love story but then i was confused like wtf confused.I hated Claire with a passion i mean who would like a heroine who is a sucker for punishment!! Tony is the epitome of an Alpha ,seemingly perfect, gorgeous wealthy tycoon that has everything, but that is obviously so messed up and wants, no DEMANDS control and obedience from not just Claire but everyone that surrounds him. :|

This is a invigorating story about control, the lack of control, freedom , choices. Claire is forced to surrender her very being to Tony and experiences a serious case of Stockholm syndrome! We all take our lives for granted but what happens when the choice and freedom to live our lives the way we choose to is ruthlessly taken away?

Plot Synopsis:

Waking in an unfamiliar bedroom in a luxurious mansion, Claire Nichols is terrified to discover that a chance encounter led her into the cruel hands of her abductor, Anthony Rawlings. Claire has no understanding of why she’s there, but it’s been made abundantly clear–she is now his acquisition and every action has consequences.

Learn the rules to survive.

Facing incomprehensible circumstances, Claire must learn to survive her new reality–every aspect of her livelihood depends upon the tall, dark-eyed tycoon who is a true master of deception. Driven by unknown demons, he has no tolerance for imperfection, in any aspect of his life, including his recent acquisition. Anthony may appear to the world as a handsome, benevolent businessman, but in reality Claire knows firsthand that he’s a menacing, controlling captor with very strict rules: do as you’re told, public failure is not an option, and appearances are of the utmost importance.

Captivate the captor.

To fit together the pieces of the puzzle, Claire must follow his rules. Will her plan work, or will Anthony become enthralled by Claire’s beauty, resilience, and determination, changing the game forever? If that happens, will either of them survive the consequences?

Nobody ever did or ever will escape the consequences of his choices.–Alfred A. Montapert
